Please deliver your art work to the Duchy Barn between 11 am - 11:30am on Friday 22nd May 2026.

Please collect unsold art work from the Duchy Barn between 5pm - 5:30pm on Monday 25th May 2026.

Instructions

Framedpaintings - Until we have a response from all members it is difficult to say how many framed paintings we can hang in the Duchy Barn.

Could you please list up to 3paintings you would like to exhibit. The 1st two paintings will have priority.‍ ‍Paintings larger than 16” x 24” may be considered as 2 paintings. This is dependent on the total number of paintings exhibited and space available in the Duchy Barn.

• all paintings must be framed to a professional standard with d-rings and wire or cord.

•oil, acrylic paintings are permitted on a canvas box without frame as long as the box canvas frame has a d-rings and wire or cord fitted on the reverse.

•Artist name, medium, the title, price and contact details must be displayed on the reverse.

• Artwork must have a secure method of hanging and correctly labelled before it can be exhibited.

Folios can be original artwork or prints. Flat boards (box frames not permitted) may be presented as folios but bear in mind that these will be stacked using the folio racks and wrapped as per normal folios.

Please list up to 3 folios.

These must be:

• paper folios must be backed with card or mount and wrapped in cellophane.

•clearly priced with a sticker on the front

•clearly labelled on the reverse with the tile & artist name.

Greeting cards can be included. Up to 8 individual cards or the equivalent packs of cards must be clearly labelled with the artists name and priced with a sticker
