(Visit to local exhibition 10am, free entry)

We plan to spend the morning and afternoon at Ipswich’s Christchurch Mansion visiting the Landscape Rebels exhibition. The exhibition brings together artworks by Turner, Constable and Monet, alongside natural history, costume, and global stories. It will show a variety of creative responses to the landscape.

‘Landscape Rebels’ will explore how human impacts, including the climate crisis, are changing the landscape. How has landscape been depicted by artists, makers and people from Suffolk to across the world.

The centrepiece of this exhibition will be Turner’s masterpiece Walton Bridges, saved by Norfolk Museums Service with the support of Colchester and Ipswich Museums.
