Please deliver your art work to The Sentinel Gallery  between 10am - 11am on Monday 16th Nov, 2026.

Twenty percent will be retained from your exhibition sales to go towards member exhibition costs.

Instructions:

Framed paintings - Until we have a response from all members it is difficult to say how many framed paintings we can hang in the gallery.

Could you please list up to 2 paintings you would like to exhibit.

• all paintings must be framed to a professional standard with d-rings and wire or cord. When requested on the form, measurements should be for the artwork only excluding the frame. .

• oil, acrylic paintings are permitted on a canvas box without frame as long as the box canvas frame has a d-rings and wire or cord fitted on the reverse.

•Artist name, medium, the title, price and contact details must be displayed on the reverse.

• Artwork must have a secure method of hanging and correctly labelled before it can be exhibited.

Folios can be original artwork or prints, and will be stacked in a folio rack.

Please list up to 4 folios.

These must be:

•backed with card or mount and wrapped in cellophane

•clearly priced with a labelled with the title & artist name.

•acrylic or oil artworks painted on flat mdf board or canvas board (box frames not permitted), may be presented as a folio but bear in mind that these will be stacked in the folio racks. These will be stacked separate to more delicate card based folios.

Greeting cards can be included. Up to 12 individual cards or the equivalent packsof cards must be presented in cellophane and be clearly priced with a sticker.
