DAS Plein Air ~ 21 February 2026 - Harwich

A bumper turnout for our plein air morning in Harwich on Saturday 21st — and lovely to welcome two new members 😊

Harwich never disappoints. Old buildings, narrow streets, coastal views, boats, and even the Electric Palace — there really was something for everyone. Not just seascapes, but architecture, detail, atmosphere… everything.

After a short break for a bite to eat at lunchtime, quite a few of us carried on into the afternoon.

The rain stayed away (thankfully!) and it was great to see such a variety of compositions and mediums — graphite sketches, watercolours, acrylic and oils all side by side.

A really inspiring and productive day. 🎨✨
