Many thanks to Margaret Glass on an excellent workshop. 🎨✨

Margaret Glass is one of the leading pastellists of today. In our workshop Margaret taught us many techniques in stages throughout the day enabling us to create a landscape composition.

With a large array of soft pastel colours and Margaret’s guidance we discovered and practised the “Bulldozer” and “Woodpecker” techniques, while creating our own landscapes inspired by Porthmadog in Wales.

It was a joy to watch Margaret work with the soft pastels and how she brought colour and light into her picture.

Margaret expressed that it is the light in a picture that really interests her.

Our members produced outstanding work today.
